GVehicleCare is a car wash and detailing entity under GVCC solutions private limited. Please read the terms and conditions before paying. If you do the payment then it means that you are in agreement to the terms and conditions. GVCC Solutions Private Limited will endeavour to take all responsible care of your vehicle and GVCC Solutions Private Limited will perform the services selected by you from our service menu with all reasonable skill and care. Whilst the GVCC Solutions Private Limited shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its servants or agents shall take reasonable care of the vehicle whilst in its custody (including without limitation where the vehicle is washed and cleaned), and GVCC Solutions Private Limited will not be held liable for the following:
  • Damage or loss to your vehicle resulting from acts of third parties who are neither employees or persons acting under the instruction of the Management of GVCC Solutions Private Limited.
  • Damage to, loss of the vehicle or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content and/or Damage to any other property, arising from, or in connection with the company’s custody of the vehicle. Where such liability is proved to arise, and only to the extent it is proven to arise, as a result of negligence, a criminal act or breach of statutory duty on the part of the company or its servants or agents. In addition, the GVCC Solutions Private Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage, however caused, resulting from or in connection with the seizure of the vehicle by the police, H.M. Customs & Excise or any person lawfully authorised to do so.
  • Damage or loss to your vehicle caused by lightning, flood, severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war or military operations, national or local emergencies, any government emergency or other competent authority or industrial dispute of any kind.
  • Loss or damage to you or your vehicle caused by us which is attributed to defects, damage or weakness in your vehicle which has not been disclosed to GVCC Solutions Private Limited, irrespective of whether such defects were previously known to you.
  • It is your duty to disclose to GVCC Solutions Private Limited and defects, damage or weakness in your vehicle, either known or suspected which may affect any work that GVCC Solutions Private Limited undertake during the cleaning process.
  • GVCC Solutions Private Limited Company’s staff access is limited only to the parking area of the car parked and any request by the customers collecting/delivering keys or any other items from their flat is not allowed by the GVCC Solutions Private. Ltd.
  • Reasonable care of the customer’s vehicle is taken at all times, the GVCC Solutions Private Limited does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damages occurring to the car during the service or testing/inspecting as a result of fire, flood, weather conditions, accidents, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of GVCC Solutions Private Limited.
  • GVCC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. staff has no authority to accept any valuables or other articles for safe custody and the Company will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any such articles which a customer purports to leave in the safe custody or keeping of the company.
  • It is the duty of the customer to disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with the cleaning process.
  • GVCC Solutions Private Limited does not undertake to insure your vehicle against loss while it is in our possession. Insurance of customer vehicles is at all times the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customer will be liable to us for any death, injury or damage suffered by us or our staff attributable to any defect in your vehicle or any harmful contents.
  • It should be noted that polish and other cleaning products can be slippery and extreme caution should be exercised when collecting your vehicle. GVCC Solutions Private Limited accepts no liability whatsoever for loss or damage caused as a consequence of failing to heed this warning.
  • Old or non original paintwork can be damaged in the cleaning process. All such defects shall be indicated to our staff prior to commencement of the cleaning process.
  • Child seats and booster seats must be refitted by the customer and GVCC Solutions Private Limited will not be able to refit seats under any circumstances.
  • Older cars may have weaker plastics and we agree to provide the services at your risk in respect of vehicles over 3 years old.
  • Vehicle contents – Whilst we are fully aware that valuables are sometimes left in a vehicle, GVCC Solutions Private Limited can’t be held responsible for such items left in the vehicle. We respectfully ask that you remove all the valuable from your vehicle before handing over the vehicle for interior cleaning.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule the service request for car internal cleaning or any special service based on their availability. Service requests should be scheduled within 48 hours. The company will not provide any compensation or claim for any missed service.
  • It is Customers duty to remove all personal objects pen-drives, mobile phones, chargers, cash, sunglasses and other valuables if any from the car before handing over the car for internal cleaning as the company shall not accept any responsibility for the same.
  • The Agreement is valid for the ordered contract period, and cannot be terminated during the contract period. The Customer may terminate the Agreement at the end of a fixed-term contract period by notifying the Service Provider no later than 7 days before the end of a fixed-term contract period. Otherwise, the Agreement will continue until further notice in mutual 7 days’ notice periods, in accordance with the Service Provider’s current price list and other conditions.
  • The price of the Service is defined in accordance with the price list valid at the time of the Agreement. The price is valid for the contract period, after which the price is reviewed in accordance with the current price list. The Service Provider has the right to add GST in accordance with the current law on the price exclusive of GST.
  • The Customer must notify of the change of the registration number / change of the car during the contract period. The Customer is responsible for any costs caused by disclosure omissions.
  • The Service is sold tied to a car registration number for car-specific use. Use of the Service and its charges are based on the car registration number with which the Customer is identified at the Service Sites.
  • GVCC Solutions Private Limited management reserves the right to refuse to clean a vehicle and no further contracts will be undertaken.
  • GVCC Solutions Private Limited management reserves the right to modify the services and price list, which will be applicable from the next renewal contract or billing date.
  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled primarily in the District Court of Bangalore, Karnataka or on behalf of the consumer customer alternatively in the Customer’s home District Court.
